The following is intended as a replacement for the old “Appendix G”

All TSS members need to be signed up with the following IT services at a minimum.

That's the site you're on right now, but you need to be registered. This site is used as a form as well as for duty scheduling.

1. Follow this link to access the registration page.
2. Agree to the terms of service.
3. Fill in the registration information.
   1. I recommend you set your username to your real name.
   2. After submitting, you will receive an email to confirm your account. This email may go to your spam box. Click the link in the email to confirm your email address.
4. Send a direct message to Jackson Wages so your account can be linked to the duty blackout calendar.

This can only be done after Jackson links your account above

1. Go to this link: https://tss.fyi/forums/viewforum.php?f=16
2. Check the boxes for the days you ARE NOT available.
3. Click “Save Blackout Dates”

Be sure to update your schedule regularly with any days you are unavailable.

Join the mailing list by doing one of the following:

• Contact the TSS Treasurer treasurer@tidewatersoaring.org
• From the email address you wish to subscribe with, send a blank email to: main@tss.groups.io

To gain access to the club wiki site:

1. Navigate to https://tidewatersoaring.pbworks.com/
2. Click the Request access button on the right of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and a message including your name and indicating that you are a TSS member who needs access.
4. Click Send to administrator
